Feeling safe enough?
Today, more than ever, we are in a vanished crisis. More than 70% of adults worldwide have experienced a trauma in their lifetime (WHO, 2017).
After the announcement of a pandemic, many people continue to feel anxious, stressed and unsafe. It is difficult to meaningfully and meaningfully shape your life when you have experienced a trauma.
A trauma-sensitive mindfulness training TSM can support you in feeling safe enough to face life’s challenges again.

DISCOVER A SECURE BASE
When the world around you is in motion and full of turmoil, how can you make sure you don’t ‘grind’ and you can still sleep well?
Step 1 is to find your safe base. That is the anchor-point to which you keep returning when your thoughts go in all directions. That anchor-point can be your breath or the body, but also an object or any other benchmark. A secure base training helps you to stop going on and on and to switch off the autopilot. By returning to your anchor, you start relaxing. And your nervous system responds to that.

THE 3 C’S SECURE BASE
If you have a secure base, you are in the here and now. You are Centered. You see and experience what happens, but without judging. You don’t deny or push anything away, whether it’s unpleasant or not. You are Connected, and that ensures peace and stability in the body. This allows you to be open to feelings of yourself and others. You see the thoughts and wishes clearly and can express them well: you are Clear. You can deal with all changes – in sociaty and also in your life – creatively. (In society, but also in your life!)

STRENGTEN THE SECURE BASE
You can develop and strengthen your safe base. This increases your vitality, the flexibility of the brain and your emotional intelligence. But how do you do that? Mindfulness is the basis of every training. It helps you to be and stay in the here and now. A vitality training for organizations provides safety, trust and responsibility. In a Trauma-sensitive Mindfulness Training you, as a triner, learn to support participants in learning to regulate traumatic experiences. You will learn to recognize and name the internal dynamics in the IFS-Mindfulness training. This is how you build a solid foundation to face all the challenges and changes in your life!
